600x600 mm Lay-In System
False ceiling composed of 600 x 600mm panels Lay-in structure. The square panels are made of aluminium (thickness: 0,5 / 0,6 / 0,7 mm) or steel (thickness according to request) with smooth surface. Panels are made for stove enameled aluminium or pre-painted. The surface coating technology has adopted pure polyester powder, the printing plate colour is usually, white RAL 9003 - off white RAL 9010, or as per our colour table or among RAL codes.
The panels can be decorated with different colours or personal drawings on request.
Lay-in system consists of chamfered edge panels clipped into a Lay-in carrier suspension system (refer to installation drawing). These ceilings can be supplied both plain and perforated. (Hole DIA: 1,8 / 2,5 / 3 / 5mm).
Panel can supplied in sizes:
300x600 mm, 600x600 mm, 600x1200 mm, 600x1800 mm
Suspension for 600 x 600mm Lay-In system:
- Wire hanger: Galvanized steel wire 2.5mm or 3mm.
- Adjustment clips: 0.6mm spring steel fixed to wire hanger.
- Edge trim: 0.5mm Aluminium stove enameled edging at right angles tc
the panels 15x15x15mm in 4m length or any one of our latest design.
- Cross T60, T120:0.4mm galvanized stee; with 0.3mm aluminium capping.
- Main T 360: 0.4mm galvanized steel with 0.3mm aluminium capping.

Color & Finishes
All Metal LX coatings are measured according to ASTM E308 & ASTM D224' Standard colors fpr these suspension are executed in Global white RAL 9003. These suspension systems maybe with other colors or finishes, such order ar subject to minimum quatity, delivery time and price. Supplements suspensio system manufactures from steel with painted aluminum capping.
Suspension Technical specifications Wire hanger
Zinc coated carbon - steel wire ASTM A641 / A641M, Class 1 zinc coating, Soft temper. Recommended diameter 3mm so its stress at 3 times the hanger design load (ASTM C635, Table 1 Direct Hung) will be less that yield stress of wire.
Strips are manufactured from carbon steel strip of ASTM SE 1070 and zinc plated to ASTM B 633-98.
Manufactured from galvanized mild steel strip to ASTM LFQA 527.
Rock Wool Backing can be placed on top of the perforated panels to achieve a high coefficient of absorption (refer to perforated system section for different designated shape). These Metal Ceilings are classified non combustible fire proof class 0, aseptic, humidity - proof, bacterium - proof, corrosion - proof, not dangerous for the health.
Based on ASTM C635 Lay-In suspension profile are roll formed out of galvanized steel.
Max Load = 13 6 Kg/m2 meeting the most strength quality requirements. All components
has been tested according to ASTM B117.

Suspension system member are tested for fire performance in compliance with ASTM-E119. Classified "0".
Squared or beveled
A black felt is applied to the back of every single perforated panel. The black f supplied already fixed to the panel. The black felt has extremely powerful noise absorption f erties, doesn't release noxious fibers into the air and doesn't decompose over time.
Thermal insulation can be achieved with the application of absorbing pads or insulating materials which can be selected on the market for the specific applications.
Fire performance & hygiene
These Metal Ceilings are classified non combustible fire proof class 0, aseptic, hun - proof, bacterium - proof, corrosion - proof, not dangerous for the health. The coating ii subject to any toxicological classification or identification requirements.
Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC)
Tested as per ASTM E 795 and the result was over 90% for standard white plain tile over 80% for standard white perforated tile.
Light Reflection Coefficient (LR)
The brighter the color, the more light it reflects, standard ceiling finished in white 9003 or RAL 9010 was Tested and the result was over 85% for plain panels and over 75( perforated panels. Measured in accordance with ASTM 1477 - 98.
Metal LX panels with a degree of gloss upto 22%. can be provided opon request.
Ceiling Attenuation Class (CAC)
Tested and proved over 45 %.
